Sport at Grace Trinity
Strong Bodies. Confident Girls. United Teams.
At Grace Trinity, sport is more than an extracurricular - it’s a vital part of how we nurture girls of strength, resilience, and leadership. Whether on the field, in the pool, or cheering from the sidelines, our girls learn to push their limits, support one another, and rise with integrity.
Our inclusive school sport programme gives girls the confidence to lead - on and off the field.
We offer a range of sporting opportunities from Foundation Phase through to High School, ensuring every age and skill level is engaged and challenged.
Sports Offered at Grace Trinity
Swimming
Swimming boosts cardiovascular fitness, builds discipline, and provides a full-body workout while promoting water safety and confidence.
Touch Rugby
Fast, fun, and inclusive - touch rugby sharpens coordination, strategic thinking, and team spirit in a safe, non-contact format.
Netball
Netball develops agility, spatial awareness, communication, and strong team cohesion.
Mini Soccer
In the Foundation Phase, girls are introduced to the basics of soccer through our fun and energetic mini-soccer programme. With age-appropriate coaching, they build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills in a supportive and playful environment.
Soccer
As girls progress through the grades, soccer develops into a more competitive and structured sport. Our players strengthen their technical ability, game awareness, and team strategy through regular coaching and matches, preparing them to play with confidence and skill.
Cross Country
Running through nature teaches stamina, self-discipline, and perseverance - helping girls develop both mental and physical endurance.
Athletics
Track and field events build explosive strength, speed, and sportsmanship - with opportunities to compete and celebrate personal bests.
Hockey
Combining speed, skill, and strategy, hockey nurtures hand-eye coordination, resilience, and trust among teammates.
More Than Just a Game
Through sport, we instil values that extend far beyond the pitch: dedication, integrity, empathy, and leadership. Our teams train to win - but more importantly, they learn to lead, lose gracefully, and uplift one another.
Grace Trinity girls are taught to compete with courage, cheer for others, and always strive to do their best.
